While I am proud of a number of accomplishments, there are real costs to being unreasonable. Long hours. Too little time with family. A near incapacity for, as they say, stopping and smelling the roses.

Like the colour of silver,
in the night sky,
the new moon rises,
the holy month has past,
the fasting is over,
tomorrow is the great feast of Eid-ul-Fitr.

We will eat spicy chicken,
and mouthwatering pakoras,
I’ll call my neighbours,
and friends on the street,
may the peace of Allah,
and joy of Eid,
be with everyone.

The most important thing is ALLAH’s blessings and if you believe in Allah and you believe in yourself, you have nothing to worry about.

It is rare to find a business partner who is selfless. If you are lucky it happens once in a lifetime.

It has been my experience that competency in mathematics, both in numerical manipulations and in understanding its conceptual foundations, enhances a person’s ability to handle the more ambiguous and qualitative relationships that dominate our day-to-day financial decision-making
